What is the difference between open and closed trainings?
Closed trainings are tailor-made for the particular needs of your organization. We will be happy to create a unique offer just for you.
You can also participate in open trainings with members of other organizations. This is a great way of training a new employee. All trainings are held online.
I have already used other Business Intelligence tools. Which training should I choose?
If you have already created reports or prepared data in other tools, you probably have a good basic knowledge of how to work with data. This is a great starting point to get to know Qlik Sense. Qlik is a platform that differs from others in its approach to the Data Model. The formula syntax is different for all BI tools, too. Therefore, we recommend you take the full training path – Creating Reports in Qlik Sense and Data Modeling in Qlik Sense.
There are many different users in my organization. How do I choose the best training for them?
It is natural that users have different levels of need and willingness to develop their analytical competencies. Some employees will be consumers, others both consumers and report makers – not everyone in your organization has to be a BI expert. In case of a diverse group, we recommend that all employees participate in the Creating Reports in Qlik Sense training, with a small, select group also participating in the Data Modeling in Qlik Sense training on the two following days. If you are still not sure which type of training would be best for a specific user – contact us. We will propose an individual training path based on the level of analytical skills of your employee.
I have previously worked with QlikView. Which training should I choose?
The choice of the training path depends on your previous experience. If you were a consumer in QlikView, Creating Reports in Qlik Sense is the best option for you – in the first part of the training, you will learn how to use the new Qlik Sense interface. If you want to take the opportunity to start developing apps, add the Data Modeling in Qlik Sense training to your list. If you were a QlikView developer, you can skip the Data Modeling in Qlik Sense training, especially if you participated in its QlikView version. However, we do recommend you consider the Creating Reports in Qlik Sense training. While the data processing methods are fairly similar, the Qlik Sense interface and the method of creating views is different than in QlikView.
I am a user with an Analyzer license. Which training should I choose?
If you are a user with an Analyzer license, start your training path with Creating Reports in Qlik Sense. In the first part of the training, you will learn how use the full potential of the tool. In the second part, you will discover the Professional User options which will allow you to better understand the process of building reports and help improve communication of your requirements to the developers in your organization.

I am a user with a Professional license. Which training should I choose?
The Professional license allows you to create your own apps and expand existing ones. If you want to create your own apps from scratch in the future, choose our standard program: Creating Reports in Qlik Sense and Data Modeling in Qlik Sense.
If you will be working with apps created by other developers or loading simple data to your apps, Creating Reports in Qlik Sense is the way to go. After finishing the training, you can always go on to learn advanced data preparation with Data Modeling in Qlik Sense.
